Ulukent Planlama is an urban planning office in Bursa that handles zoning plan amendments, plan explanation reports and agency opinion processes for landowners, investors and architecture firms. It was founded by urban planner Buket Kılıç, a graduate of Gazi University’s City and Regional Planning program.
The problem to solve
A landowner considering a plan amendment often does not know where to start, which documents to prepare, or which steps happen at the office and which at the municipality. Searches mostly return legal texts and forum answers.
What we built
- First-step card. Visitors choose the district, the current state of the parcel and their goal; the site shows the first step and the documents to prepare, then carries them to the contact form.
- Process page. The six steps of a plan amendment, showing who is responsible at each step (the office, the administration or the public).
- Service pages. For each of the four services: who it suits, the documents needed and what is delivered.
- Sourced guides. Floor area and coverage ratios; reading a zoning status certificate; the public display period and objections. Each guide links to legal sources.
- Founder CV. Education, experience, Chamber of Urban Planners registration numbers and a downloadable PDF CV.
- Contact form with a ready message. The form turns what is typed into a ready WhatsApp message; nothing is stored on the site. The privacy notice names the real data controller.
- Search setup. A fast static build, structured data describing the business and its founder, Google Search Console and consent-based analytics.
