Loshhome is a beauty brand in Istanbul offering services such as nail extensions, silk lashes, permanent makeup and brow design at the client’s home. There is no salon; the specialist comes to the home with their own equipment.
The problem to solve
Here the client decides by message: first they ask the price, then which day someone can come. If the reply comes late, they write to the next account. So the ad’s job is not to collect clicks but to start a conversation on WhatsApp, and the website’s job is to show up in Google searches for the services and their prices.
What we did
- A Meta ad that brings WhatsApp messages. A campaign on Instagram and Facebook that takes people straight to WhatsApp; when the chat opens, service buttons and price answers arrive automatically.
- Instagram and Messenger auto-replies. A welcome message, frequently asked questions (it also recognises similar questions), an out-of-hours message, and a DM reply to anyone who comments a keyword.
- SEO on the website. Price tables on service pages, “at-home” service wording, titles and descriptions matched to real search queries, and regular blog posts.
- Measurement. WhatsApp clicks on the site are measured as a separate event in Google Analytics, so it is visible which page brings messages.
- Booking calendar. A simple calendar where the business enters its free hours.
What we measured
Between 16 and 23 September 2026 the ad started 60 WhatsApp conversations (Meta ad data). The number of conversations is not the number of sales.
Scope
Meta ad setup and management, Instagram/Messenger automations, website SEO, blog, measurement setup.
