Sundekor prints logos on ceramic, porcelain and glass mugs and promotional cups. Its customers are mostly companies and businesses placing one-off, high-volume orders.
The problem to solve
The buyer here is not a consumer who adds a product to a cart and pays by card. It is a purchasing manager asking “what would 500 mugs with our logo cost?” So the site’s job is not to sell, it is to get the right question asked.
Decisions we made
- WhatsApp instead of a cart. Instead of a payment system, every page carries one order call. In volume printing the price is settled in conversation anyway; a cart only added friction.
- Categories by material. Ceramic, porcelain and glass are listed separately, because buyers search for the material, not the product.
- A blog for search, not for selling. The questions people really ask, such as printing method, quantity and delivery time, were turned into articles.
- No ready-made theme. Design and code were written from scratch; the site stays light and carries no unnecessary plugins.
